I am ready to book my wedding/photo session… What do I do?
To reserve a specific date, sign and return the photo services contract and include it with a check or payment for the deposit amount. When the studio receives it they will verify payment and send a confirmation email of the scheduled photo session/wedding.

How does payment work?
All sessions are required to be paid in full before the scheduled date of photo session/wedding. You can submit your payment by mail or in person. There is a deposit amount for all wedding packages that is due at the time of signing a contract.
Are there any travel fees?
There are no travel fees within 75 miles of Denver. If your event takes place outside of this vicinity there will be some additional fees involved. There are significantly lower travel fees for the cities we serve. Those cities include San Francisco, Santa Fe, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York City.
Who has the copyright of your photos?
Dusty Image retains the copyright of your photos, however they can be printed as much as the client wants for their own personal enjoyment from their USB flash drive. Copyrights do not need to be bought to be able to self print. If clients wish, a fee can be included so that client has full copyrights of images.
What equipment do you use?
Our photographers use top of the line digital cameras (Canon or Nikon), lenses, and flash systems. Owner, Dustin shoots with a Canon 5D Mark II. We cover everything from the wide shots to close up, and our lenses make sure we are equipped to do so. We also bring lighting equipment to make sure regardless of the ambient light, we are able to photograph in difficult lighting situations by creating our own light.
What is the cost of Additional Hours of photography?
If you feel like you need more time from our photographers, we can be available to shoot for additional hours upon request. The cost of extra hours is $450/hr and needs to be paid for the day of the event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PHOTOS AFTER MY PHOTO SESSION/WEDDING?
It takes the team up to one month for photo sessions and up to two months for wedding images to be ready to upload to your online gallery. Images go through a selection and editing process process that can be lengthy. We want to take the time to make sure your images are looking their best!
How many photos will I get on my USB Flash drive from a 8hr wedding?
On average 700-900 edited images.
Can I make prints on my own from my USB flash drive?
Absolutely! Prices of photo packages and sessions are made to incorporate a fee so clients can print their photos as they wish. If you wish to use our printing services we do offer high quality prints and a wide variety of printed products.
Can I order prints and albums online from my online gallery?
Yes. There will be a link to our Prints and Albums page from your online gallery. From there anyone with access to your gallery can order prints from Dusty Image. Visit www.dustyimage.com/prints-and-albums for pricing details.
How long will Dusty Image keep my photos?
Your photos will be backed up on our hard drives and saved for a period of 2 years. Once you have received your USB Flash drive, we recommend backing up your photos in case of loss.
WHEN DOES MY ONLINE GALLERY EXPIRE?
Your online gallery is good for a period of one year. After this, it may be removed as part of website update and maintenance.
